Feedback / Questionnaire / Enquiry forms for your web site... An integral part of our web design services is the incorporation of an on-line enquiry form page. On this page your site visitors can fill in information about themselves and request more information or request a call-back or brochure, or whatever is appropriate for your organisation. The content of the form and the types of information requested is entirely up to you do decide. Once the site visitor has filled in the required fields, they click a "Send" button and the information in the form is automatically and instantly transmitted to you via eMail. The site visitor is then taken to a confirmation page which is in the style of a personalised letter; Dear Mr John Smith, Thank you for taking an interest in our company and the products we can provide.......
