eCommerce solutions for Softgoods merchants... The VP-ASP cart system includes full support for softgoods vendors. This allows site visitors to download your file-based products from your Web site, either immediately after supplying you with their credit card information, or after you've manually obtained credit authorisation and have sent the customer a "download authorisation" eMail. This works equally well with sites that only sell file-based products, and those that contain a mixture of file-based and non-file-based products. When the shopper uses the softgoods utility to view their order, all the products they have ordered appear in the Ordered Products list, but only those that have a related file contain a download link. Whenever you decide to make a item in your catalogue available for download, just upload the file to your web site. The system automatically detects the existence of an available product file, and displays a link to it in the customer's Ordered Products list. |
