Our
total eCommerce solution uses VP-ASP
software. VP-ASP is at the forefront of eCommerce security development
and features the following security measures:

Integrated
support for Secure Socket Layer security (SSL). All personal
information, corporate information, order details and credit card
information are sent to VP-ASP via SSL with 128 bit encryption.

All
credit card information stored in the VP-ASP database can be digitally
encrypted. Merchants van view the transaction details from the
VP-ASP reports, but the data is never decrypted in the database.

Following
on from this, you have the option of automatically deleting all
credit card information stored in the database within a set time
frame. You can opt to delete all records after X number of days. I
this way, anyone who does succeed in getting access to your database
will only be able to get a very limited amount of information.

As
an integrated component of NMC's eCommerce solutions package, we
ensure that all web hosting safety measures are properly put in
place. This includes liaising with the web host and setting up passwords,
restricted access to directories, configuring the SSL services and
setting user privileges.
